The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Certified Carpenter for our Stall Mill located in Snow Lake, MB.Also known as the Stall Concentrator, it is the veteran facility of the operations, located about 16 kms from underground Lalor Mine. Focusing on processing Lalor's zinc-rich and copper-rich massive sulfide ores using tradional flotation methods to produce zinc and copper concentrates
Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of carpentry work as required in the Mill, offices and residential maintenance and construction.
- Plan, procure, erect and inspect all types of scaffolding for use by others.
Schedule:
- The successful candidate will work on a 7on/7off (Thursdays-Wednesdays), 11.5hr schedule.
Please not this is not a FIFO opportunity. (A fully equipped camp is available for those who prefer to commute to Snow Lake with a quarterly travel allowance provided(some restrictions apply), although relocation and housing accommodation assistance is available for those who wish to relocate to the vibrant community of Snow Lake)https://www.snowlake.com/
Prerequisites:
- Red Seal Certified
Compensation Package:
- $47.97/hr (Certified), $48.50 (Certfied w/Scaffolding), Saturday/Sunday Premium-$1.00/hr
- Profit sharing
