The Opportunity:
Hudbay Minerals Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Superintendent at our Lalor Mine, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This position will be a 7/7 opportunity. There is a camp available while on shift if you prefer to travel, however relocation packages and housing assistance is available to move you and your family to the vibrant community of Snow Lake if you wish.

Responsibilities:
- To continuously improve the work team performance through effective use of establisted maintenance systems and processes in order to achieve assigned objectives.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
- Trades Certification Preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Maintenance Systems/Engineering Technology, or equivalent deemed experience
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- WHMIS Training
- Confined space training, supervisory training, lock-out procedure training
- Supervisory Experience
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to foster a climate of safety and continuous improvement.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
